Cancellation and Refund


At Steplite Obesity, we aim to provide the best possible customer experience. If you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund, the following terms apply:

  • For digital products or downloadable materials, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will only be granted if the product has not been accessed or downloaded.

  • For online coaching programs or other time-bound services, you can request a cancellation up to 48 hours before the program's scheduled start date for a full refund.

  • Once a service has commenced or a product has been delivered, refunds are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any granted refund may take up to 14 business days to process.
